How to define the width of path lines？

The path generated using the csv file is a black line, can I define the display width of this line?

Yes, you can change the size of the curves by following these steps:
  1. Tools-Options
  2. Select the Display tab
  3. Check the option to Display curves. You can also increase the size there.
