Dear Albert,

The issue has been fixed.
For future reference, I was using a LAN to Type C connector for the robot connection. After changing my laptop, the connection was established.

Thank you for your feedback and letting us know about the solution!

If you use a custom Ethernet adapter (such as a USB connector) you could try changing the IP of that adapter to match the same network (basically, to simplify things, the first 3 digits of the IP should match the robot IP but not the last digit).

I'm having the same issue did you find the answer to connection issue I've been using RoboDK on and off 8 years tried connecting with latest version on RoboDK and no luck in connecting same robot and computer same network setting?

What ABB controller are you using? What issues do you have?
