Dobot Magician - Not moving with simulation

I am having trouble getting my Dobot Magician to move under command of the RoboDK software. The robot connects to RoboDK and upon pressing "Move Joints" the robot goes to its Home position, but that is all that I am able to do. 

The "Get Position" command registers as a home configuration in the software even though the robot's joints are elsewhere.

I would appreciate any suggestions for getting the robot to respond to the software's command and move along with the simulation.

Can you provide the message you see in the log window of the robot connection?
I have the same issue: when I try to send the program to the robot, nothing happens. The robot in question is also a Dobot Magician.
