I’m new to using Robdk and would and appreciate any pointers to help calibrate a pair of Kuka KR 120 R2700 Robots on Gudel TMF 3 rails.
 
I would like to calibrate the robot and Rail as one
 
The system setup is a pair of KR4 controllers with a robot and rail on each controller working as master and slave with the second robot mirroring the first robot during an inspection.

Do you know how accurate is your rail? Gudel rails are very accurate and you may not need to calibrate them.

You should be able to calibrate each robot individually without moving the rail.

Did you take the measurements with a laser tracker? Can you share your RoboDK project?
