This crash is related to outdated graphics card drivers. Can you update your grpahics card drivers and try again? Are you using a Virtual Machine or a remote desktop connection?
You can also try starting RoboDK by double clicking on this BAT file:
C:/RoboDK/RoboDK-Safe-Start-VM.bat

No, I am not using VM or remote desktop. I am using it on my local computer. Also, I get the same result when I run RoboDK-Safe-Start-VM.bat file. Attached is the graphics card driver I am using. Which graphics card driver is compatible with RoboDk?
Do you have an Nvidia Graphics card? Is it properly configured?
You should enable OpenGL compatibility with RoboDK (2.0 or greater). You should not have any issues with most Nvidia graphics card purchased in the last 10 years.
