5-axis Robot Milling Problems with Some path heights too big

#1
Hello, I am trying to use the Robot Machining feature with my Kawasaki RS03N to mill a 6 in. x 6 in. x 6 in. foam block. I am using the SolidWorks Built In CAM feature to generate the NC file. All goes well until it comes to some of the Z levels in the NC code. They are stupendously high to where my robot cannot reach them. When the NC code is simulated in an online viewer, all looks well. but when it's loaded into RoboDK, the problem arises. I have searched near and far in SolidWorks Forums and RoboDK Forums, but I cannot find any help.

I have attached a screenshot of the work cell and the tool paths, as well as the rdk file.

Any and all help is appreciated! Thank you!

Sincerely,

A college student trying to get his senior project accomplished

Here is the NC file as well
