ABB Omnicore for IRB 5720 - 160

Hello,
we would like to calibrate the ABB IRB 5720-18/2.6 which is using the Omnicore controller. The RDK_DriverSocket.mod does not work on the Omnicore. Do you have an updated version of the module and plan on implementing the IRB 5720-160?

To use Sockets you probably need the PC Interface software option on the controller that is missing.

However, you can also use the RDK_DriverSerial.mod. You can contact us by email to obtain this file if you don't have it.

The serial version of the driver requires an RS232 connection. You can use a USB to RS232 converter to use any computer. On the other hand, I'm not sure if all ABB OmniCore controllers have the RS232 connector.

Alternatively, you can calibrate the robot without the driver by manually exporting the points to measure.
