Activate button does not appear under License Options

Hi,

I have a professional license (Shelley Automation) and I’m currently using version 5.6.6. The Activate button does not appear under License Options.
In another branch office of my company, we already deactivated the license on their end so that we can use it here. However, the Activate button still does not show up.

I'm running the program as an administrator, and after refreshing the network license, the program is unable to connect and the Activate button still isn’t available.

What else should I do to resolve this?

You may not see the Activate button on older versions of RoboDK. In this case, activation will happen automatically and your RoboDK instance should take the license.

If you are having specific issues with one license it is better if you send us an email so we can better help you troubleshoot.
