I recently updated my version of Professional RoboDK to version 5.5 for Windows and now when I try to add a step file (something that I've always been able to do), I get an error message saying that "Importing STEP or IGES files is not supported on this version of RoboDK," and it directs me to use the web version. Did this functionality go away at some point?

You should use the 64-bit version of RoboDK on Windows. You probably installed the 32 bit version.

Make sure to choose RoboDK for Windows 64 bits, not 32.
