I'm trying to connect to a UR5e with polyscope 5.21 and get the following log:

Sending command...
Closing previous connection...
Available local IP addresses (IPv4):
192.168.1.20
Server established: 192.168.1.20:30000
Can't connect to 192.168.1.15:30002 to send program
Can't start client program on robot.
Check network parameters and start client program manually.
Waiting...

I ping the robot and get success. I tried this on a UR5e with polyscope 5.09 and it worked fine. 192.168.1.20 is for my pc and 192.168.1.15 is the robot.

I solved it, it's necessary to manually enable services from the settings, I think this is automatic in the previous polsycope

Great, thank you for letting us know! In older versions of the URe series polyscope you had to enable the remote mode. And in even older versions (the UR non e-series) it was enabled by default.
