I cant scroll to the define TCP menu because the picture is so big, so I need to scroll down to see more information about the position.  

As you can see, I cant scroll down because the pict takes so much space.

You should be able to resize the window.

Did you try grabbing the corner of a window and making it smaller?

i already did it. but, when i tried to resize it. it suddenly move down and close.

i can resize just for horizontal way, but not for vertical

You are right, I was able to reproduce this issue with using RoboDK on a small screen. We'll fix this issue in less than one week.
