Cannot connect to REAL robot IRB120

hi there,

  for now, i cannot connect to my real robot IRB 120 made by ABB, so i really wanna know is there any trick or skill to do this thing? i think there is a possible mistake for us to operate it.

i know it can connect for beginning, and then, they will lose connection... and forever lol.

plz help me. thx.
