Configuring the TM Robots variables

Is it possible to use RoboDK to modify robot variables?
I also have to use Modbus for communication. We employ Techman robots.

You can use the setDO and getDI command on your robot to change the state of Digital Outputs or get the status of a digital input respectively. Make sure to use the correct index mappings for your Techman robot.
