Conneting Problem to Kuka Robot

#1
Hello everyone,
I am new to robot programming and have created some programs in RoboDK. I would like to assign these programs to the KUKA KR 10 R1440-2 robot. When I try to connect using an Ethernet cable, the program does not detect the correct IP address, and I am unable to ping the robot from the command prompt. I have already tried changing the KUKA robot's IP address from the teach pendant, but the problem persists.
Is there another way to connect, or am I missing something? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. I am currently using the trial version; could this be the problem?

You need to install the driver on the robot side. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to our documentation:

Thank you for your fast reply but I have already tried it. Even if I try the kukabridge or apikuka I cant make the connection.

Have you installed the C3 Bridge Interface Server on the robot control system? What is the version of your C3 Bridge?
#5
Yes I did, It was C3 bridge 1.7.1

The problem seems to be the connection itself (physical or logical) between your PC and the robot control system.
Try connecting to the system using KUKA WorkVisual.
If this is unsuccessful, use KUKA support or KUKA manuals to configure the control system.
