Controlling Machine Motion through RoboDK

Hello, I am new to all things robotics. I am attempting to control 2 UR arms(10e and 16e) with 2 Vention linear tracks. With the teach pendant I can control the 1 track connected to the arm with machine motion. Is it possible to do the same with RoboDK? If so, how? If machine motion would not work through RoboDk, is there any other way to control the linear tracks with RoboDK?
I'm not familiar with Machine motion, can you give a bit more details?
