Cuda cores

#1
Hi, I tried activating cuda cores on a simple project (the one in this guide https://robodk.com/doc/en/Collision-Avoi...anner.html)
In Tools>Options>Display, I turned "Use GPU arrays" on and switched "Collision checking hardware" to "CUDA".
I did not notice any improvement in map calculation time when I run the collision-free motion planner, it doesn't seem to get faster.
RoboDK seems to recognize my CUDAs, since they're displayed next to Collision checking hardware label.
Am I missing something?
Thanks

There are many factors to account for when it comes to taking advantage of CUDA cores. CUDA will help when there are collisions to check between mesh surfaces against other mesh surfaces.

Are you using the simplify shape addin to simplify your geometries?
Can you share your project?

We can better help you.

Sure! Here it is. Thanks

In your project, the box geometry is quite simple and for such kind of geometry you won't see much improvement when using cuda cores.
