I have run into the same issue using smart optimization on a curve follow project multiple times, and I am not sure how to fix it. Basically, when I hit update, the program successfully finds a solution and the simulation looks good when I run it. However, if I simulate the program multiple times, the TCP moves. Sometimes it's just a few millimeters, and other times it's been up to a meter away from the curve. It generally follows the curve still, but the joints and TCP are definitely not where they should be. If I update the program again, it returns to the correct path, but the problem repeats itself if I run a program multiple times without updating it. Nothing changes, I literally only hit "Simulate" a second time, and the TCP moves. Any ideas what could cause this?
