When I import curves from Solidworks the tool is always 45degrees to the curve as shown below, I would like the tool to be 90 degrees to the curve, I would like the grey arrows to straight up. How do I change this?
When you import a path using SolidWorks, you need to select a surface underneath the path to provide RoboDK with a reference tool orientation.
The grey arrows will be normal to the selected surface.
Tool orientation can then be adjusted in RoboDK either in the Curve Follow Project by adjusting the "Path to tool offset" or by modifying the curve itself "Tools"->"Modify curve".
