Custom cutters for machining

#1
Good morning,
On a robot, we bought specific tools with a rotating blade as cutting tools, can the software manage this kind of tools?
On the first cutting tests, all my contours are larger than the CAD, is there a parameter that manages this problem?
Can you indicate in Robodk, a diameter or a radius to compensate for that?
The blade is not mounted like a 3 sizes cutter but at 90° (see below) Attached is the blade in question.

Usually when you import your robot machining toolpath as Gcode or APT file you should see the tools automatically created as cutters.

You can load 3D models as well if you prefer. Furthermore, you could model the cutter as a rotating axis to see the effect of the spindle. @Olivier can help you with that.

If you can share your RoboDK file and/or the machining programs you are loading we may be able to help you better.

Attached the robodk file in question.

The machining project is: DEC_BOL parameters

In RoboDK you can apply offsets to the trajectory if you use a curve in CFP:

In the case of using an NC file in CFP, "Path Settings" is not applicable, but you can adjust the TCP value for the cutting point offset.
