Hi Tom,

We don't have a driver for Daihen OTC robot. I recommend you to generate programs offline.

I assume you have a Nachi AX or FD controller?

If the robot controller supports FTP transfer you should be able to automatically transfer the files by right clicking the program and selecting "Send program to robot".

Hello Albert,
Yes, it is Nachi FD11 controller.
I just realized it is a Nachi controller.
So I will try to establish an FTP connection.

Do you know if I can jog with the robot and somehow use the get position command? It would be helpful with preparing robot programs offline.

Hello, please allow me to jump in this thread.
I am not familiar with robot drivers, but our customer would like to export program to Daihen robot.
I do not think RoboDK has Daihen robot driver, but does it mean it is possible to transfer programs by using Nachi AX or FD controller instead?

Thank you for your support.

Hi Hiroe,

Yes, you can export programs by using the OTC post processor. You don't need the robot driver to generate robot programs offline.

This post processor is the same as the Nachi post because the controllers are the same.
