I have been working with the RoboDK educational license for a while and since last week I have not been able to access my RoboDK educational license. I have submitted several forms but have received no assistance. I would highly appreciate if this issue could be looked at.

I just got back to your email. Your license is probably being used on another computer and it is preventing you from using it on a new computer. You should deactivate the license on the first computer before you can use it on a second computer.
