We have exported JBI file from Motoman painting robot and imported into RoboDK.

Then errors are pop-up as shown, do you have any suggestions to resolve it?

You should load the TOOL.CND and FRAME.CND files from the Motoman robot controller to load all the tools and coordinate systems (as the error message suggests).

Alternatively, you can manually create the corresponding tools and references to match the Ids referenced from your Motoman JBI programs.
