Hi everyone, 

I hava a question about an error that happen on my robot. It Happen when i turn on the robot and waiting the process until finish, but in the middle of the process, there is an error with this massages.
"F-TX NT Starvation Timeout (5000 MS)- all RTSS processes stopped. Debug and/or use "RTSSkill" commmand to unload all process images (Proc= 80O11488, Thread=80B93930)". 
- Before this message error showed up, i cant control my robot through Teach Pendant, even there isn't any error message
- The icon of Teach and Playback won't to change, even i already switch it through controller box. 
My Robot Model is OTC Daihen AX-V6. 
-After that i shutdown the robot and turn it on, and then it stuck on loading process and pop up that error messages. 

Please help me to solve this error

When did this issue happen?

Did you load a program generated by RoboDK? If so, can you send us your RoboDK project file and the program file you generated for your controller?
