Hello,

I have been using RoboDK for some time with my UR10e. Lately I had to update my polyscope version to 5.18.1. After the update, I cannot connect my RoboDK to the robot. 

I set the static IP to the PC
I set the static IP to the robot
I can ping the robot from the PC
My Robot is in remote mode

I attached also a screenshot from my log.

Do you see any warning or error messages in the log window of the teach pendant of your UR10e Universal Robot?
Can you try with the latest version of RoboDK?

Hello Albert,

I don´t have any error messages on Teach Pedant. I have just installed the latest version of RoboDK and I am having the same issue.

Everything looks fine on the robot connection from RoboDK's end.

You may see an error or warning message in the log of the teach pendant of the UR robot. Can you send us a picture?
