We currently don't support loading the ALL.PRM parameters for a 7-axis robot like the Motoman SIA 10D. You should manually enter the pluses/degree ratio.

The robot you shared is available on our library and already has the correct pulses/degree ratio.

I'm not sure the pulses/degrees of this robot is correct because when I make a simple program to move the robot to home position, the robot does not move to the desired position. It is completely different position between real robot and in the simulation.

What are the discrepancies between the real robot and the simulated robot?
There may be a 90 deg offset on one or more joints. Maybe the sense of a joint axis is reversed.
