Hi there, 

I am trying to complete a welding system, and have the robot follow a curve of a blade onto a piece of pipe. I place the curve, all is good then simulate and the curve is halfway up the pipe.

Can someone please help. I have attached a file of my main system.

I would recommend using a positioner flange frame as a reference frame for your part, and imported trajectories:

I attached a slightly modified station with a Curve Follow project example that uses one of the existing curves.

In addition, I split the curve so that the split point is the start of the cut path when the positioner is at -180 degrees. This will make a full 360-degree cut possible (since the ext. axis limits are -180;180).
