Following TCP to Frame

Hello Guys!

How can i configure my Station, that my Tool-Center-Point or my robot flange is following a frame, which i control with the "alt-function"? i tried with parent/child function..

You want to move a frame with your mouse and the TCP is keeping it's relative position with the frame?

This would be the simplest way. 
Create a target
Create a program
Run it as a loop
Move the frame
