Having difficulty with KRC4 reading sub-programs

#1
Hi Albert,

I am having issues running subprograms out of RoboDK with our Kuka KR 2700. It is giving me errors on where to go after the first master program is run. I am using the KRC4 postprocessor untouched.

This program I am running is almost 200,000 lines of code, but the KRC4 advises me that it has run out of physical memory.

Any ideas?

I have set the options to output 99,000 lines of code per program. Everything else seems great!

This is my Fusion 360 file.

Did you try with the KUKA post processor defaults?

For example, for KUKA KRC4 controllers we recommend 2500-5000 lines per program. Your programs with 99000 lines in one file seems like a lot.
