Help Removing MoveC from Fanuc Dripfeed post

#1
HEllo, RoboDK sticks on all MOVEC in my programs when drip feeding, my robot can interpret them correctly with programs loaded on the TP, and linier and joint moves work while dripfeeding, but the communication status bar shows "waiting" every time it get to a movec and then nothing happens, I have to restart the RDK file on the controller.

Do you mean you are using the Fanuc post processor for drip feeding? Or the Fanuc driver?

If you are using the driver, it would help if you can provide the Log window and also any error messages you may see on the Fanuc teach pendant.

We do not get any error messages on controller or RoboDK, the connection status bar in RoboDK says "waiting" continuously when it gets to a MOVEC in the program, the Robot eventually turns off motors/engages brakes due to inactivity, we have the Fanuc Dripfeed post selected for the robot/program. We are connected to out controller via ethernet cable, everything other then the MOVEC seems to work properly.

So I installed RoboDK on another laptop and it seems to have fixed my issue, I tried uninstalling RoboDK form my original laptop and for some reason it wont uninstall properly, but on the new laptop its updated with the current version of RoboDK (so was the old one) and all is working.

Thanks for letting us know. For your information, there are additional settings that are stored in your application data.

On Windows this means you'll have additional settings as INI files in these 2 folders:
  • C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\RoboDK
  • C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\RoboDK-Drivers
You can safely delete these 2 folders and the default settings will be applied.
