Hide unknown coordinate systems

I have hidden all object references. However, I still see two references for which there is no assignment. How can I find out who or what they belong to and delete them?

No need to worry. I found it myself.

The robot may display the active coordinate system and tool. These reference frames may remain visible even if you hide all coordinate systems and tools. This means that the active coordinate system or tool are unset and it will display the last pose that was set. You can check and uncheck these coordinate systems by double clicking on the robot.
