You can export 3D models from Catia using STEP files. Other formats supported include IGES, STL, etc.

I understand you are trying to export from RoboDK to Catia. In that case, you can right click an object and select Save as STL. It is currently not possible to export the whole scene as STL. You can export as a RoboDK for Web link, a 3D PDF or an HTML simulation.
