It is currently not possible to measure the workspace of a robot. What exactly do you mean by a workspace?

If you mean the reach, we can help you export this from our library.

Alternatively, I recommend you to take a look at the reachability addin which allows you to check how reachable certain targets are depending on your robot and tools:
