How to program a robot in order to simulate it?

Hello my friends, I'm Mohamed from Morocco , Please could you help me with my project about simulating and programing (by matlab or python)  a 6 axis robot manipulator that help in measuring acoustics of a noiseness source.I already have CAD files on solidworks I just need to simulate it and to prove that the robot move in a sphere of 1m maxi rayon and height arround the noiseness source.
