How do I specify a starting point for a loop curve (or circular path) in curve follow projects?
I found a "Start from here" function that appears on right clicking the path whilst curve selection (next to the reverse direction and deselect functions) but it does nothing.

You can right click on the picture and select Split Curve Split here

   

This will break the curve in 2 and you can select whichever side you want to start with first.

   

PS: Don't forget to select the second curve
