I cannot remove my license from a different computer

Hello, I want to install my education license on a different computer. I removed the license from the computer, but when installing on the new computer, I get the error that the license usage count has been reached. Can you help me? I am attaching the image of the problem.

To transfer your RoboDK license from one computer to another one you can select Deactivate the license on the computer where you activated your license first. You should then be able to activate it in another computer.

As you said, I disabled the license on both computers, but I encountered the same error again. How can I fix this problem?
