Impermissible start motion on a Kuka

Hi, Im struggling to get a program to run on my Kuka KR240, it runs ok in direct mode using run on robot with the driver, but when i try to output it to a file and run it on the machine directly it errors on me

i have included the station, error message and the program i have output

Hi Colin,

Did you try jogging the robot to this specific set of joints?

Is it possible?
And if so, can you start your program if the robot is already at the starting point?

I'll try that tomorrow, I even tried a simple ptp program to move to home and had the same issue

Removing the comment before PTP $AXIS_ACT solved it

OK, good.

Which post-processor are you using.
I could send you a version where this line is not a comment by default.
