Hi, we just bought our RoboDK license to work with our Kuka KR 150 R2700-2 robot for which we need to download the C3 Bridge installer according to the following link: Customer Area - RoboDK Files. However, we constantly receive an error message saying that our login is invalid, even when we use the correct server code from the license purchase email. Is this a bug in the system or am I doing something wrong with my login credentials? Thank you for your help.
