Is it possible to control the Meca500 by using Force Control?

How to manipulate the Meca500 by using Force Control such as admittance control with RoboDK API?

Hi Benson,

As far as I know, the Meca 500 is not equipped with internal force sensors (correct me if I'm wrong).
Therefore, you will need to add an external force sensor between the flange and the tool. Do you have something in mind?

But yes, I do believe it's possible to achieve that using the API.
