Hi everyone....

Anyone experiencing issues with the license server? The window just hangs with 'checking'. I've got a good internet connection and tried on both mac and windows machines with no luck.

Everything seems to be fine on my end.
Are you using a professional license?

Also, in the license window, there's a little question mark, you can click on it to see some FAQ about license activation.

Hi Jeremy,

Yes we have a pro licence (although out of maintinance currently) - please see attatched. The issue is persistant. I'm using parralels on a mac, could this be the cause? Although there is no issues with other internet access?

Any advise?

If by that you mean that the license connects itself properly when you are, let's say at home, that means that some firewall or other security measure is blocking RoboDK's server requests. 

If not, can you send me a private message with your license key? 
I'll see if it works on my end.
