Hello.
I currently work on a project that involves a Universal Robots UR10 arm, and a LIFTKIT by Ewellix. I plan to use both of them to print 3D structures with concrete.
I watched the tutorials to synchronize both machines and I've set the lifting column as a vertical axis for the arm.
I can pilot both the arm and the column manually, through a remote and the Universal Robots software (Polyscope CB3 3.15.8) . I have installed the URcaps for the Liftkit, as recommended in the manual.
I've made the tool follow a path made with Rhino3D. On the simulation, everything works, but when I try to send the program to the system the arm moves, but not the column.
I need to know, do I have to connect to both the arm and the liftkit to RoboDK ? If so, which driver should I use for the column (if there is one)? And which programming language should I use ? URscript ?
I tried looking everywhere on the internet for a solution, but I couldn't find anything.
