Hello, how are you? This is my first time participating in this forum, I hope I’m not being a bother.
I’m taking my first steps with RoboDK (currently using the trial license) and I’m trying to use the SolidWorks Add-In to export my welds.
I’m attaching a screenshot to show my issue. In the video you can see three programs running, all exported from the same part in SolidWorks. As you can see, the robot collides with the part and performs the weld completely perpendicular to the ground, when the arm should actually move over the “walls.”
Interestingly, if the arm welds individually or only on the inside (without having to pass over the “walls”), it works correctly.
I’d like to know if this is due to a configuration mistake on my part, or if it’s a limitation/issue of the software, and whether there’s a way to solve it.
