Two months ago, we purchased the educational version of the software and have been attempting to connect RoboDK with our KUKA arm since then. However, we have failed to establish the connection. We have tried various methods, including installing the C3 Bridge software and using KUKAVARPROXY, but despite multiple attempts, we have been unsuccessful. Our system runs on Windows 7, and the KUKA model is KR6 900 C4 controller. We are eager to connect the robot as soon as possible.
