Is there's a way to get the real time data continuously from leica tracker?

This is not possible at the measurement rate of the laser tracker.
On the other hand, you can use the RoboDK API to take single measurements continuously. Probably at a much lower measurement rate (10 measurements/second instead of 1000 measurements/second).
