Hello. My friends from Marine institute installed program but it failed as they had to reinstall system on notebook. Now RoboDK says that licence is already activated and there is nothing to do about it, can you please help to solve this idiotic problem?

You should activate/deactivate the license on the computer(s) you want to use RoboDK. You should contact us by email with your license code so we can help you better troubleshoot and provide you with a temporary license while we solve this problem.

i resend u a license- by the way - i have no opportunity to deactivate and then activate it again - system says- connection error  (unable to connect)
