We’re experiencing some discrepancies with our license and maintenance.
 
Today we paid the upgraded 12 month maintenance license. With the idea we could use Rdk again with program generation, updates and support.

But after that the program prompted that we can’t generate programs anymore we have to unlock it by purchasing 24 month educational license. 

That’s strange because we should have 6 month to go on the current license. We’re going a head and pay to unlock because we can’t really wait today to verify what’s happening on the license server. 
Could you guys reach out to us when you read this post so we can figure out the status of our license.


It seams that the terms of the subscription are adjusted? Can you give us a reply about this situation In our education license we were able to generate programs beyond 1000 lines but after updating maintenance and license today it seams to be not the case anymore. 
We should have some months kept in the old license and we want to use that to generate programs for our educational purposes.

I noticed you purchased a new license today and it should work without issues, however, note that we recently updated the limitations of educational licenses so they are used for educational purposes.

I also see you purchased more licenses in the past few years and they should also work. Note that you can setup one license on one computer at a time.
