We are encountering errors after updating the application from version 5.6 to 5.7. We purchased the RoboDK application in 2023 for a two-year period. 

We would be very grateful if you could help us.

Your license should be valid for 2 years. Are you using this license on more than one computer? It could be the reason why it does not work on other computers.

I just sent you a temporary pool of 30 licenses while we try to solve this issue.
