License suddenly deactivated - Maximum number of concurrent network licenses

I've sent you an email a few minutes ago asking for assistance in this matter. There should also be an email from me that I sent yesterday, which can be considered the same request for assistance.

I have the same issue described here. I am on a Mac, activated my license in my lab, and now trying to run the software in my office (different location) and same issue. I need assistance too.

I just fixed this issue. I saw your request by email, you should be able to use your license without issues now. Can you confirm?
