Are you sharing this license with someone else or did you set it up in another computer?
If so, you should first deactivate the license on the first computer before setting it up on a new computer.

Did you properly deactivate your license on the first computer?
This can also happen if you change your Network adapter or MAC address.

Internet connection is required to activate and deactivate the license.
Once you have activated your license, you can work offline for up to 30 days. Every time that RoboDK is able to connect to the RoboDK server you'll have 30 days that will allow you to work offline.

I'm increasing the pool of seats allowed for your license code so you don't have this issue anymore. Let me know if you still have any problems. I'm sending you an email as well.
I'm sorry had blocking issues with your license. We noticed that on MacOS the computer ID can change if you enable or disable WiFi. The Computer ID is calculated based on some hardware information such as the MAC address at startup. When you disable WiFi on MacOS, the MAC address is different and RoboDK calculates a different computer ID.

I have the exact same issue: I can activate and deactivate the license normally on my laptop running on Ubuntu, but I cannot do so anymore on a Windows VM. The Windows VM is used to run integration tests that require the RoboDK Python API. The Windows VM RoboDK instance also has the same behavior as shown in the screenshots above (maximum number of concurrent network licenses, always showing 1/1, clicking on "Activate" results in the popup with the message appearing).
Additionally, when starting RoboDK on the Windows VM, it also shows the title bar with the text: "No License - LICENSE EXPIRED - To renew your license select Help-Renew License" which further added to the confusion since we bought the license about 6 months ago, and also because at this point there is no "Renew License" option in the Help context menu (RoboDK 5.8.0).
I already requested support, but I found this post here that just seemed too identical to ignore. Maybe something similar happened with a different computer ID when RoboDK is used in a Virtual Machine?
