Lifetime Professional License Showing Expiration

Hello RoboDK Team,
One of our customers has purchased a RoboDK Professional license (lifetime/perpetual). However, the software is currently showing “24 days left” instead of being permanently activated.
I am attaching screenshots for your reference.
Kindly check and confirm why the license is showing an expiry date, and guide us on resolving this issue.

You may have received 2 licenses for one purchase and we changed the second license to a temporary license.

For example, if you send a purchase order you'll receive the license and invoice to proceed with the payment. However, if you pay online without following the instructions in the quote or invoice provided by our team you'll receive a second license while you probably meant to purchase once.

It is better if you contact us through our contact form to solve this type of issues.
