Locked out from my Pro-license

I have a problem. I have a professional license that I activated on a computer at work, but got a new laptop the day after. The old laptop had to be reinstalled, while the RoboDK license was activated on it, with other words, I didn't get a chance to deactivate it. I'm just wondering if You guys could help me out, because now I'm not able to activate the license on the new laptop. If needed, I have the license key to verify that I own this license, in order to get help with kicking the old laptop out. Thanks in advance.
